Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 6–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates as they depend on external factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any applicable customs, duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • CalmKlicks is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.


6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier.

  • CalmKlicks is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. However, we will assist customers in opening a claim with the carrier if necessary.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.


7. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries. Availability may vary depending on location.

  • Delivery times may be longer for international shipments due to customs processes.
